Michaela Blankart, official spokeswoman for Prince and Princess Georg Friedrich of Prussia, has confirmed the pregnancy report in Bunte.
"Yes, it is true," she said. "Princess Sophie is expecting a baby."
The Prince and Princess are very private people. Blankart would not provide further details including the due date.
