The Hon. Charles Armstrong-Jones, the only son of Viscount and Viscountess Linley, has been appointed by Queen Elizabeth II to be a page of honour.
Charles, who will turn 13 later this year, is a grandson of the late Princess Margaret. His sister, the Hon. Margarita Armstrong-Jones, was one of the Duchess of Cambridge's bridesmaids.
Charles is not the first of Princess Margaret's grandsons to be named as a page of honour. His cousin, Arthur Chatto, son of Lady Sarah Chatto, also served as a page of honor.

I think it's wonderful that the Queen has asked these two to be pages. I suppose Samuel Chatto didn't want to. It's really a nice way to remember their Grandmother. The Queen seems to adore Margaret's children--who have had far less complicated lives.
Charles is the first page of honour. Arthur is still the third page of honour. There may have never been an opening when Samuel was eligible.
