Archduke Otto's funeral: DVD

The Austrian television network, ORF, has just released a DVD of Archduke Otto's Funeral:  Abschied von Dr. Otto Habsburg.   The German-language DVD is in PAL only, which means the DVD cannot be played on most North American DVD players.
