American engaged to "dandy of Rome"

A "cablegram announces the engagement of Miss Mary Elsie Moore" to Don Marino Torlonia of Rome.  Don Marino is the brother of a Roman duke, and a "member of a wealthy family," reports the Chicago Tribune.   Don Marino is a member "of the fashionable set," and his name appears often in the Roman newspapers.

Miss Moore lives in Brooklyn, New York.
