Princess leads the Quadrille

January 6, 1961

Princess Kira of Prussia with Baron Wolfhart von Boeselager-Hoellinghofen and Miss Carol M. Hutz with Andreas J. von Pucher tonight led the quadrille at the Quadrille Ball held in Grand Ballroom of the Plaza Hotel, reports the New York Times.
The evening has been arranged by the Germanistic Society of America and the Deutsches Haus of Columbia University, and sponsored by Lufthansa airlines.  The monies raised will provided scholarships for American students to do graduate work in Germany.
Princess Anna Luise of Anhalt also took part in the quadrille.
Princess Kira's parents, Prince and Princess Louis Ferdinand of Prussia, are "among the guests of honor at the ball."  Prince Louis Ferdinand's party also included his sister, Princess Cecilie, the widow of Clyde Kenneth Harris, who lives in Amarillo, Texas.
