There was cause for alarm yesterday following a bulletin regarding the condition of Lord Trematon, the only son of the Earl of Athlone and Princess Alice, Countess of Athlone. Lord Trematon "had had a bad night," and his condition "gave cause for anxiety," as doctors feared his skull had been fractured." According to The Times' corrspondent, who is Belleville-sur-Saone, Lord Trematon appears to be doing better. He "was more comfortable last night, and his condition has much improved." This morning, he "was able to eat and drink."
The following message was received at Windsor Castle yesterday: "Good night. Doctor hopes danger now over."
