Ella Walker marries Prince Alexander

Ella Walker, the recently divorced wife of James Hazen Hyde, was married on Saturday in Italy to Prince Alexander of Thurn und Taxis.  The New York Times learned about the wedding from friends of the new princess.

Ella Walker has been living in Italy since her divorce last May.

Prince Alexander, 51, was divorced in 1919 from Princess Marie de Ligne.  They have three children.

Princess Alexander is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Franklin H. Walker of Detroit.  She was Hyde's second wife.  He is an American capitalist and  former president of the Equitable Life Insurance Society.  He remarried in Paruis n October 7 to Mrs. Andree Thome, the former Marthe Dervaux.

Mr. Hyde's first wife was Countess Louis de Gontaut-Biron, the former Miss Martha Leishman, daughter of John G.A. Leishman, who served as American ambassador to Germany before the world war.  Hyde's first marriage ended in divorce in 1919.
