With no announcement from the Queen otherwise, the son is Earl of Dumbarton.

And yet the Earl of St. Andrews is known as Lord George Windsor?
and no he is not unless someone is writing it incorrectly. he is Lord St. Andrews. His brother is Lord Nicholas Windsor Lord George would mean a YOUNGER son of a duke or Marquess
