The Prince of Wales, Prince Leopold, and Prince Christian of Schleswig-Holstein left London today to attend the funeral of Princess Alice, Grand Duchess of Hesse and by Rhine.
The Grand Duchess, third child of Queen Victoria, died on December 14 from diphtheria.
Queen Victoria remains "in seclusion at Windsor Castle, according to the The Times. Princess Beatrice is with her.
The Queen and Princess Beatrice did take a walk outside this morning.
