Duke Heinrich to become a ward

Grand Duke Friedrich Franz of Mecklenburg-Schwerin today issued decree, placing his cousin, Duke Heinrich Borwin, "under a wardship in consequence of his squandering the family fortune.
The New York Times reports that in future Duke Heinrich will receive a small allowance.
Duke Heinrich's father, Duke Paul Friedrich and his wife, Princess Marie of Windisch-Graetz, have also been "under a guardianship since 1906
