Archduke Wilhelm of Austria was indicted in Paris today on "a charge of swindling," according to the Associated Press. The Archduke was accused with aiding a friend, Paulette Couyba, a former singer, "who was jailed several months ago" after being charged with "taking money from hotels in return for a promise of publicity."
