Princess Alexandra of Luxembourg to marry

The Grand Duke and Grand Duchess of Luxembourg announce the engagement of their only Princess Alexandra, the only daughter of Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa, to Nicolas Bagory.

Princess Alexandra is 31 years old.  Her fiancé, Nicolas Bagory was born on November 11, 1988 and grew up in Brittany.  He is the son of  Thomas Bagory and Gwenaëlle Podeur. 

Mr. Bagory studied political science and the classics.   He received a master's degree in classics (Latin) from the Sorbonne in Paris.  His undergraduate degree in classics in political science is from Albert-le-Grand University in Angers.

He is a Magazine Publications Director, based in Paris. One of the magazines is Dynastie, the French royalty magazine.

 Mr. Bagory translated Rowan Williams, the Archbishop of Canterbury's biography of St. Augustine.  The French title is Sur Augustin

Their wedding will take place in the spring.

The announcement was made on the 70th anniversary of the engagement announcement for Alexandra's grandparents. Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg and Princess Josephine Charlotte of Belgium
