HSH Princess Marie-Louise Friederike Cecilie Alexandrine Helena Bathildis Stephanie of Schamburg-Lippe died on September 2, 2025, at Obernkirchen. She was 79 years old.
She was the third of four children of HSH Prince Christian Nikolaus Wilhelm Friedrich Albert Ernst of Schaumburg-Lippe (1898-1974) and HH Princess Feodora Louise Caroline-Mathilde Viktoria Alexandra Frederikke Johanne of Denmark (1910-1975).

Princess Marie-Louise was unmarried. She is survived by her brothers, HSH Prince Wilhelm and HSH Prince Harald, and her nephew, HSH Prince Christian of Schaumburg-Lippe, and nieces, HSH Princess Desiree of Schaumburg-Lippe, Frau Iuel, and HSH Princess Eleonore of Schaumburg-Lippe.
Christian and Feodora were first cousins as Christian's mother, Princess Louise of Denmark, and Feodora's father, Prince Harald, were siblings.
