Civil wedding for Countess Maximiliana & Byron Houdayer


Countess Maximiliana von and zu Arco-Zinneberg and David André Byron Houdayer were married in a civil ceremony at the Moos Rathaus on May 17th.   

The bride and groom's witnesses were  Prince Konstantin of Bavaria and Lord Downpatrick, respectively.

According to the Passauer Neue Presse,  the "elegantly dressed wedding party in front of the Mooser town hall certainly drew the attention of passers-by."

The Countess is the 4th of six daughters of the late Cout Riprand von and zu Arco-Zinneberg and HI & RH Archduchess Maria Beatrice of Austria.

Count Riprand was a great-grandson of Ludwig III the last king of Bavaria.   Archduchess Maria Beatrice of the daughter of the late HI & RH Archduke Robert of Austria, the third child of Emperor Karl I of Austria.  

Moos is the seat of the family brewery, Arcobräu, which has been inherited by Maximiliana's older sister, Countess Anna Theresa.  

The religious service will occur on May 20 at the Pfarrkirche St. Martin im Innkreis, Austria.

Prince Konstantin of Bavaria is the son of Prince and Princess Leopold of Bavaria (nee Möhlenkamp) and Lord Downpatrick is the son of the Earl and Countess of St. Andrews and the grandson of HRH The Duke of Kent.
