Little Maud has a sister
Lord and Lady Frederick Windsor are the parents of a second daughter, Isabella Alexandra May.
In a statement, Prince and Princess Michael said: ''Lord and Lady Frederick Windsor have this morning announced the birth of their second daughter, Isabella Alexandra May Windsor. The baby was safely delivered at 11.59pm on 16th January 2016 at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital.
Her Majesty the Queen has been informed. Prince and Princess Michael of Kent's family and Lady Frederick's family are delighted with the news."
Lord Frederick is a Vice President at J.P. Morgan in Los Angeles. He married Sophie Winkleman, an actress, on September 12, 2009 at Hampton Court. The couple's first child, Maud Elizabeth Daphne, was born on August 15, 2013 at Los Angeles. He is the first of two children of Prince and Princess Michael of Kent.
Isabella will be known as Miss Isabella Windsor.

rather late as I'm not a regular reader but does this mean that Maud has the automatic right to become an American citizen but Isabella, as she was born in London, does not. I assume both parents are British subjects.
Maud acquired US nationality at the moment of birth. Isabella does not have US nationality. Her parents are British citizens, not subjects as the term changed in 1949 with the British Nationality act
