Prince Paul, Prince Regent of Yugoslavia, had a "long conversation with King Carol" today, according to the New York Times.
The meeting took place at the estate belonging to Carol's sister, former Queen Elisabetha of Greece, at Balck.
The meeting was "strictly private" and and the Foreign Ministers of Romania and Yugoslavia were not invited.
It was King Carol who requested the meeting as he is "anxious to learn as much as possible" about the forthcoming "diplomatic hunting party" at Belje on the Yugoslav frontier, where Count Galeazzo Ciano, and Field Marshal Hermann Goering, Germany's Air Minister, are expected to "be present."
