King Albert and Queen Elisabeth of the Belgians are expected to arrive in Washington, D.C., on October 1, according to press reports. They will stay at the White House for three days as the guests of President and Mrs. Wilson. Washington, D.C., is the first stop of the the Belgian sovereigns before they "start out on a journey that will carry them to the Pacific coast."
