Buckingham Palace released this statement earlier today:

“Princess Eugenie and Mr Jack Brooksbank are pleased to announce they are expecting their second child this summer.

“The family are delighted and August is very much looking forward to being a big brother.”

This will be the third grandchildren for the Duke of York and Sarah, Duchess of York.  Baby Brooksbanl will be 13th in the line of succession.   

This will be the Queen Elizabeth's 13th great grandchild and the first born since her death in September 2022.
