Another Romance for Princess Olympia of Greece?

Princess Olympia of Greece and Denmark and the Hon. Peregrine "Perry" Pearson, son and heir of the 4th Viscount Cowdray were involved in a serious relationship for three years.  Some assumed that their relationship would lead to marriage.   The couple, however, went their separate ways last summer.   By the fall of 2023,  the gossip columnists reported that Perry's new main squeeze was actress Sophie Turner.

In early November 2023, Olympia appeared to have moved on as well.  She was photographed outside her Notting Hill home with British chef Thomas Straker. The Sun reported Straker "took off his hat and leaned in to give her a big kiss.  After the kiss, they parted ways."

According to the Daily Mail.  Straker's wife, actress Davina Pownall asked him to leave their marital after she learned about his infidelity in October.  The couple married in 2015 and have two daughters.

One of Davina's friends told the Mail: "This is not just a story about some lovely budding romance for a heartbroken Princess.'There are actually three other people who are heartbroken. They are his wife and two daughters who have not been mentioned so far."

The princess's romance with the celebrity chef may now be well done as she has been photographed several times with an Argentine billionaire, Martin Pacanowski, whose family owns the CasaSur hotel chain.

 The Spanish magazine, Hola, featured a story about the putative couple.

This does not mean Princess Olympia, the eldest child of Crown Prince Pavlos of Greece, and Pacanowski are dating.  On March 13, the two were photographed together at the  Koibird X Maccapani SS24 launch dinner.  Six days later, they attended The National Portrait Gallery's Portrait Gala.  Both events were in London.

Martin Pacanowski is a good friend of Princess Alexandra of Hanover,  Princess Olympia's fourth cousin The two princesses are descendants of Queen Victoria.

Martin was a guest at the wedding of Princess Olympia's uncle, Prince Philippos of Greece, and Nina Flohr.    In September 2014,  Martin and his then-girlfriend, Ava Duvernoy, attended the wedding of Princess Maria Theresia of Thurn und Taxis and Hugo Wilson.

Having your photo taken with an Argentine billionaire does not necessarily mean a romance is in the offing.  Olympia, 27, and Martin are in the same social circles and have mutual friends.   He may be Martin Exequiel Pacanowski, approximately 44 years old.  According to several Argentine directories, only 44 people in Argentina with the surname Pacanowski.  This Martin Pacanowski also has a home in France

Time will tell, however.
