Thanks to Roger Lundgren and Seth Leonard for sharing their photos with me.

The couple was married in a civil ceremony at the New Royal Palace, the residence of the President of Albania.  The 15-minute ceremony was conducted by the Mayor of Tirana.    The bride and groom received benedictions from the five different religious groups in Albania (Muslin, Bektashi (Sufti) Roman Catholic, Protestant, and Orthodox), symbolizing religious tolerance in Albania.

The wedding luncheon was held the Royal Residence, the home of the Prince and Princess.   This was followed by a formal dinner for all the guests at the New Royal Palace.

Were the Kents officially representing Queen Elizabeth, or were they there in a private capacity?

Really intrigued why so many royals etc should be present. Are we to believe that all of this eclectic group are friends or even acquainted with the couple ? Nice if they are but don't recall seeing him at any other royal event or his parents. I doubt the Michaels of Kent were the 'official' representatives of HM either. Just saying :-)

John. No. This was not an official or state event. It was organized by Roger Lundgren, who is the publisher of a Swedish royal magazine. Princess Michael's mother was one of Geraldine's bridesmaids. Leka and his family have known the Spanish royals for years as Juan Carlos help them settle in Spain. But the Michaels did not represent the queen.

Do the Michaels represent the Queen much these days?

thanks MM

Matthew. The Michaels have rarely repped the queen. They have their own engagements and patronages. Although they are included on the British monarchy's website, their engagements are not included in the Court Circular. Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are the only 2 adults royals not included on the website. Beatrice's patronages were briefly included in the charities database (she had more than ten) but just checked again, and she has been removed.

The man identified as Prince Michel of Yugoslavia in the photo with Crown Prince Alexander and Prince Michael of Kent is in fact His Excellency Miroljub Zaric, Serbian Ambassador to Albania.
