The Duchess of Cambridge visits the Netherlands

Do you think that if I send a letter to Princess Elisabeth of Belgium for her birthday, will I receive a response and maybe they will send a Picture? And how long should I wait?
you could send a card to the Duchess of Brabant. The Belgians do respond but cannot predict a time frame.
