There were no satellites, no live coverage outside Western Europe. Films of the civil and religious weddings had to be flown by airplane to networks in North America. Radio had same-day coverage, but taped.
The civil ceremony, required by Monagesque law, was officiated by Marcel Portanier, the Minister of Justice.
I was 22 months old when Grace Kelly married Prince Rainier. My mother was very interested in royalty, so I will assume that I was in my playpen when my mom listened to the wedding coverage on the radio.

I’m a little older than you, Marlene. My parents had a subscription to Life Magazine and the issue with this wedding was one of the ones “saved” . I remember poring over the photos when I discovered it tucked away with other “Royal” magazines. (My English grandmother saved all the old articles on Royalty.)
