Queen Marie of Roumania is currently in Paris as she prepares for her visit to the USA. Members of her entourage have told the media that the queen will see her estranged son, Crown Prince Carol, who lives near Paris with his lover, Elena Lupescu. However, Carol has yet to make an appointment to see his mother, but one of the queen's staff has assured reporters that Carol will visit the Queen before she leaves next week. Prince Nicholas, currently in London to meet with his tailor, and Princess Ileana will accompany their mother to the United States.
Princess Ileana "spent the day roaming around Paris," and was so tired that she retired early.
