Jessica Iskandar says she didn't know Ludwig was nobility

Did Hereditary Count Ludwig von Waldburg zu Wolfegg und Waldsee file for an annulment due to family pressure?    Indonesian celebrity Jessica Iskandar says she does not know the reason why Ludwig has filed suit to end what may appear to be have been a sham marriage.

In a press conference held in Jakarta on Monday, Iskandar finally answered questions about her relationship with the German nobleman, heir to large estate that includes a castle, Schloss Wolfegg.  His father is the Prince of Waldburg zu Wolfegg und Waldsee.

She admitted that she had not known at first that Ludwig was the scion of a German mediatized princely family.  She acknowledged that he "showered her with lavish gifts."

"The only gift he gave to me was a cell phone charger."   (How romantic!)

She was also confused by the news that he was a nobleman.  He was living in Jakarta boarding house when they met.  "I know he's a regular guy, while working in Indonesia."

[Search engines are very good for finding information on one's date.]

Hereditary Count Ludwig received a BA in History from Royal Holloway, University of London in 2012.   After a two month intern position with J.P. Morgan in London,  Ludwig headed to Jakarta, where in January 2013, he found a Buying Consultant Internship with Rocket Internet GmbH.   This internship lasted for three months.  In March 2013 he was a Business Development Manager at Lazada Indonesia, the largest online shopping website in Indonesia.

He remained in this position until July 2013 before receiving a promotion as Category Manager - Fashion & Watches.  Lozada is financed by Rocket Gmbh.  After a year in this position, Ludwig received another promotion to the position of Head of Marketing Innovation.  He left his position in September 2014, after only four months.

Sincere February, Ludwig has been working for Google as a Sales Account Manager at their European Union headquarters in Dublin, Ireland.

The German press has ignored this story with the exception of one Bunte article last fall (and they got the sex of the child wrong.)  The Jakarta Post, an English-language newspaper, has also not reported on the story.

Jessica gave birth to El Barack Alexander on July 21, 2014 in California.

Don't think there is even a question about that. Ludwig is the father.
