Charlene of Monaco: living in France while palace is renovated

I am not sure what to make of these recent photographs, published in a Portuguese magazine, Caras.   The magazine claims to have an exclusive story on the Princess of Monaco, which states that the princess and the twins (and two nannies) have been living in a villa in the south of France since February.

I believe the family had a beautiful castle in France, the 'Chateau de Marchais' do you know if it stayed in the family after Prince Rainier died? That would make a nice base for them while the Monaco castle is worked on.
