HRH the Dowager Duchess of Croy, born Princess Gabrielle of Bavaria, was laid to rest today after a funeral at St. Jakobus Church in Dülmen.
The Duchess died on April 18, 2019, Good Friday, at her home in Merfeld. She was 91 years old. She was a first cousin of the late Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg, whose funeral will take place tomorrow at the Cathedral of Luxembourg.
