The Associated Press is reporting that Princess Frederika, wife of Prince Paul, heir presumptive to the Greek throne, gave birth earlier today to a daughter. This is the couple's first child.
Prince Paul, younger brother of King George II, and Princess Frederika of Hanover were married in Athens on January 9. Princess Frederika is a granddaughter of former Kaiser Wilhelm II.

She is wonderful. The Queen is elegant, smart and the best present Greece could give us. She still speaks Spanish with foreign accent despiste of living in Spain for the last 51 years but it doesn't matter, she loves Spain and Spain loves her, the Queen is truly a Spanish.
