Watch your clocks

Crown Princess Victoria's wedding will take place on Saturday, June 19. The ceremony begins at 3:30 Stockholm time.
Sweden is six hours ahead of the US east coast, which means it will be 9:30 in the morning, 6:30 on the West Coast.
The news channels, CNN, CNNI, MSNBC and Fox News, are not expected to televise the wedding in full, but should provide snippets of coverage. The wedding will be televised live in several countries inclding Norway and Denmark. Dutch residents will be able to watch the wedding on NOS, and on SVT world.

It is unlikely that one of the British networks will take the Swedish feed, but Britons with satellite tv may have access to German or other European channels that will televise the wedding.

An interesting story about the royal couple in the English-language edition of Der Spiegel.

Sweden's embassy in the Hague has good information on how to watch the wedding in the Netherlands.

Here in the US (and elsewhere), we can watch the wedding on SVT - it won't be blocked.

If you are in Washington, D.C., area, you can visit the Swedish embassy and sign a guest book for the couple through June 18. The book will be sent to the newlyweds.

The embassy of Sweden in the UK's site offers no information on viewing the wedding in the UK.

I am also in Fairfax county. BBC America won't have anything, but I am sure BBC World News will, at least, have reports on the wedding. So will, I expect, Euronews, which is Channel 747. But I also expect CNN and CNNI and the other news channels to run stories about the wedding with footage.
