A spokesman for the Duke and Duchess of Westminster released the following statement earlier today.
"The Duke and Duchess of Westminster are very pleased to share that the Duchess is expecting a baby in the summer. The couple are delighted with the news and are very much looking forward to starting a family together."
Hugh Grosvenor, 7th Duke of Westminster, 34, married Olivia Henson on June 7, 2024, at Chester Cathedral. The Prince of Wales was one of the ushers as the society wedding.

The Duke is one of Britain's wealthiest persons, having inherited the family fortune and titles when his father, Gerald, 6th Duke of Grosevenor, died in 2016
Hugh has strong ties to the British Royal Family through his mother, Natalia Phillips, who was the youngest child of Georgina Werhner and Harold Phillips. Georgina, a life-long friend of Queen Elizabeth II, was the daughter of Countess Anastasia "Zia" de Torby and Sir Harold Wernher, Bt. Two months after her wedding, Zia was given the style of Lady by King George V.
" The KING has been graciously pleased by Warrant under His Majesty's Royal Sign Manual to declare and ordain that Anastasia Michailovna Wernher (hitherto known as Countess Anastasia Michailovna Torby), wife of Harold Augustus Wernher, Esquire, Major in the Army, shall henceforth have and enjoy upon all occasions the same style, title, -place, pre-eminence, and precedence as the daughter of an Earl of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. And to command that the said Royal Declaration and Order be recorded in His Majesty's College of Arms."
Lady Zia and the late Queen were racing buddies. Elizabeth and Philip often spent their anniversaries at the Wernhers' family seat, Luton Hoo.
Lady Zia and her husband helped raise Prince Philip of Greece and Denmark as her sister, Nada, was married to Philip's uncle and guardian, George, 2nd Marquess of Milford Haven.

The Duke is one of Prince George of Wales's godparents, and his mother is one of the Prince of Wales's godmothers. King Charles III is the Duke's godfather. Natalia's mother was one of the Duke of York's godparents.

Hugh is the last of the male heirs for the Westminster dukedom. If he and his wife have only daughters, the dukedom will become extinct, although there is an heir to Marquessate of Westminster. Francis Grosvenor, 8th Earl of Wilton, is the heir male of Robert Grosvenor, 1st Baron Ebury, himself third and youngest son of the 1st Marquess.
If the couple has a son, he will be styled as Earl Grosvenor, and a daughter will have the courtesy title Lady before her first name. The family surname is Grosvenor

Is there any ability to change the succession to the first born child in this dukedom as has been done with various Royal families?
In the last decade there have been about a half dozen private member bills to allow for succession of the eldest child of a peer. Private member bills rarely gain traction, and there is no support in Parliament -- and there has not been support in Parliament - to allow for this change. https://lordslibrary.parliament.uk/women-hereditary-peerages-and-gender-inequality-in-the-line-of-succession/
