The first card commemorates the 7th wedding anniversary of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, which was on April 29th. I think we can assume that Clarence House has been rather busy in responding to cards for anniversaries, births, baptisms, birthdays and weddings.
The second response is from the King and Queen of the Belgians for their son, Prince Gabriel's birthday.

It's nice that Kensington Palace has moved away from the somewhat stilted phrasing they had been using ("...the trouble to write as you did...").
