Prince Henry of Prussia, younger brother of Kaiser Wilhelm II, has left Kiel, and is now on his way to England to visit his grandmother, Queen Victoria, reports the Los Angeles Times. Prince Henry is married to his first cousin, Princess Irene of Hesse and by the Rhine.
