Crown Prince Wilhelm of Germany arrived in England today. According to the New York Times, the visit is the "fulfillment of a long-standing promise," but the visit also comes with the revival of the rumor of an engagement between the heir to the German throne and one of the two daughters of the Duke and Duchess of Connaught. The Duchess of Connaught was born Princess Luise Margarete of Prussia.
The Crown Prince will go to the North of Scotland tomorrow "to shoot grouse."
