HSH Princess Victoria Romanovna of Russia, 42, expects a second child in the spring. Point de Vue first reported the news.
Their first, Prince Alexander Georgievich was born in Moscow on October 21, 2022.
The former Rebecca Bettarini married Grand Duke George Milhalovitch of Russia on October 1, 2021.
Grand Duke George, 43, and his family now divide their time between the Middle East and Rome, where Princess Victoria was born and her parents live.
George is a double descendant of Queen Victoria.

I am surprised to learn they are not living in Russia? I imagine this is a political choice?
Andrea - no ancestry shared with George and Victoria. Christina, I cannot speculate on why they left Russia. In Italy, they are closer to her parents and GD Maria who lives in Madrid
no idea - her parents live in Italy and his mom is in Spain
my apologies to posts that got deleted -- I am well aware that George's parents are related. I glanced at Andrea's comment and assumed she referred to George and Victoria because it obvious his parents are related and it is not new information. Andrea asks me often - several times a month on occasion - asking if a couple is related - I have responded yes, every time. One couple might be 3rd cousins, another might be 9th cousins - but all the European royal houses, princely families, etc are related in one way or many, many ways. I thought I updated the post before I left the house - but hit the submit on the original post rather than the updated one - did not realize 2 browsers were open until I got home (so had to redo the updates post.)

A small village and no possible to wen out in the next village, before the train and the bus existed.
