I believe that the life that we have restored in the Homeland after decades of forced exile, among our people, the connection that we strengthen and deepen every day with the land and people, arouses the increasing responsibility of my successors and the desire to dedicate their lives to the service of the Royal House and the best interests of our Serbia and our people.

In my heirs, Princes Philip and Stefan, I see the love for our country that our ancestors cherished, I see determination, love for justice, generosity and submissiveness. These are the qualities that characterized our ancestors, and which determined my successors to be in the service and benefit of our people. As the Head of the Royal House, as a father and grandfather, I pray to the Lord to help them in this. And of course, they will have my support and guidance on that path, on which we continue to follow the legacy of our ancestors together!” stated HRH Crown Prince Alexander.
