HRH Duchess Amelie of Württemberg, 27, and Baron Franz Ferdinand von Feilitzsch, 25, were married in a Roman Catholic service at St Michael's Church at Schloss Altshausen. The bride is the daughter of the late Hereditary Duke Friedrich of Württemberg and Princess Marie of Wied.
The couple's civil wedding took place on May 20 at Schloss Friedrichshafen.
The bride was given away by her brother, Wilhelm, Duke of Württemberg. Queen Mathilde of the Belgians, a close friend of the bride's mother, was among the 380 guests, which included members of the bride and groom's families the Prince and Princess of Waldburg-Zeil with their daughters, Count and Countess Bernard de Monseignat (Countess Marie Gabriel of Waldburg-Zeil, Archduke Simeon and Archduchess Maria of Austria, Count Ulich Goess Enzensberg, Countess Leonie von Waldburg Zeil Hohenems and Count Caspar von Matuschka, Count and Countess Stephan von Neipperg, Count von Drechsel, Prince Philipp-Carl zu Oettingen-Oettingen und Oettingen-Wallerstein, the Hereditary Count of Waldburg Wolfegg, Count and Countess zu Königsegg-Aulendorf and their son, Hereditary Count Philipp, Countess Antoinette von Schaesberg, the Margrave and Margravine of Baden, Prince and Princess Michael of Baden and Prince Leopold of Baden and his girlfriend, Princess Chantal of France and Baron François Xavier de Sambucy de Sorgue Duchess Elisabeth of Bavaria and Daniel Ternberger, the Hereditary Prince Reuss, Prince Aloys of Hohenzollern and Prince Boris of Bulgaria.
Duchess Dorothée of Württemberg was accompanied by her boyfriend, Philipp Polack.
The flower girls and pages were Olympia d’Andigné (daughter of Duchess Sophie of Württemberg), Annabelle and Emil Turi (the groom's niece and nephew) Charlotte Creutz daughter of Princess Maria Annunziata of Bourbon-Two-Sicilies), Florentin, and Konstantin and Antonius Schlüter , who are the children of Jan Schlüter and his wife, Maria Anna Dichgans who is the daughter of Joseph Dichgans and Countess Eleonore von Waldburg-Zeil.
Maria Anna's brother, Father Wolfgang Dichgans, was one of the officiants at the wedding.
The witnesses included the bride's sister. Duchess Dorothée of Württemberg and Countess Marie-Gabriele of Waldburg-Zeil.
The bride wore the Württemberg Diamond tiara and her mother's wedding gown, which was designed by Jacques Faith in 1993. The gown was adapted by Munich designer Ursula Vogt-Ettrich. The page boys and flower girls were dressed in the same outfits worn by Princess Marie of Wied when she married Hereditary Duke Friedrich of Württemberg in 1993.
Baron Franz Ferdinand, however, wore a traditional suit, rather than his recently registered personal tartan with the Scottish Register of Tartans. The "design was commissioned on behalf of Franz Ferdinand von Feilitzsch and his family." The design was "inspired by his time studying at the University of St. Andrews and includes the family colors."

Duchess Amelie is a concert violinist, and she also teaches violin to young people. She is also training to become a piano teacher. Baron Franz Ferdinand is the managing director of the family business in Feilitzsch.
The couple will spend their month-long honeymoon in Africa after which they will reside in Schloss Hänselstein in Felitzsch.
