Dear Marlene,
The Crown Prince of Morocco's name is Hassan. Moulay (Lord) and Lalla (Lady) are just a title before the name for nobles.
It seems Princesse Isabelle of Liechtenstein hasn't another outfit to attend a funeral... She wore it also in King Michael of Romania's funeral and Prince François d'Orleans's funeral.
Moulay Hassan seems a little young for this, I thought the King's brother usually represents him. Also, despite the solemnity of the occasion, it was nice to see The Empress Farah make a public appearance.
