Kata Hicks, the wife of Ashley Hicks, son of the late designer David Hicks and Lady Pamela Hicks (nee Mountbatten) gave birth to a son, Caspian William Donald Sebastian on January 21, 2018.
Caspian was born at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
This is the first child of the American-born Kata Sharkey de Solis, but the third child of Ashley, 53. He has two grown daughters, Angelica, 25, and Ambrosia, who turns 21 on January 23.

Caspian is currently last in the line of succession to his great grandfather’s titles of Earl Mountbatten of Burma, Viscount Mountbatten of Burma and Baron Romsey.
I read Caspian is due to have a younger sibling and his father has ended the marriage
