Are you sure Ettore von Rosboch, Lili ' s father, is half brother of Carlo Caracciolo? According to Geneall.net Ettore von Rosboch was son of Ettore von Rosboch and Elisabetta von Wolkenstein.
ReplyDeleteDon Filippo Caracciolo, 9th Prince of Castagneto, had 3 children, Carlo, 10th Prince of Castagneto, Marella, Giovanni Agnelli' wife, and Nicola, 11th Prince of Castagneto.
Is he illegitime son of Filippo Caracciolo?
ReplyDeleteJuan, Juan, Juan, I have written about this several times already in other posts about this romance a few weeks It is not von Rosboch. Ettore senior died BEFORE Ettore Jr was conceived. Elisabetta was having an affair with Filippo.

Sorry Marlene but I didn't read those posts. Geneall.net is very kind to Elisabetta.... (or not well informed).., it's written down Ettore is her late husband's son.
ReplyDeleteRight after the war, dead husband, give kid his name as widow. But real dad supports, family includes Ettore as their own.
