Prince Albert of Belgium will soon be returning home from the United States, reports the New York Times. He will be raised to the rank of Major "in his Grenadier regiment," and, most important, his engagement to his cousin, Princess Clementine, youngest daughter of King Leopold II, will be officially announced.
