Countess Anna von Trauttmansdorff to marry Giovanni Superti-Furga

Countess Anna von und zu Trautmannsdorff-Weinsberg is engaged to marry Giovanni Superti-Furga.  

Anna Benedikta is the fourth of six children of Count Alexander Franz von und zu Trautsmanndorff-Weinsberg (1962) and Countess Maria Theresia Anna Henriette Kinsky von Wchinitz u.Tettau (1963). She was born in Munich on December 29, 1994.

Giovanni is the Co-Founder and CEO of Balun Energy, which "provides asset-level production forecasting for renewable energy producers."   He lives in Vienna and earned an MBA from Instead in 2023.

Giovanni Battista Rudolf Norbert Gabrio Ambrogio Maria Superti Furga was born in Heidelberg, Germany on June 6, 1994.  He is the son of  Giulio Superti Furga and Countess Stefanie Sophie von und zu Trauttmansdorff-Weinsberg (1959).  

Anna and Giovanni are fourth cousins.  She is the great-great-granddaughter of Count Karl Maria Josef Pius von und zu Trauttmansdorff-Weinsberg (1872- 1951) and Princess Maria Wilhelmina Franziska von Auersperg (1880-1960).  Giovanni is the great-great-grandson of Hereditary Count Ferdinand Alfons Maria Joseph Hilarius von und zu  Trauttmansdorff-Weinsberg (1871-1915) and Princess Marie zu Schwarzenberg (1869-1931).

Giulio Superti-Fuga, Ph.D, is a molecular and systems biologist and is the scientific director of the Center for Molecular Medicine (CeMM) at the Austrian Academy of Sciences in Vienna.

Stefanie is the daughter of the Rudolf Prince von und zu Trauttmansdorff-Weinsberg (1923-1994) and Countess Sybilla von Gersdorff-Wolff Metternich zur Gracht (1930-2016)
