Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi was baptized today at the Chapel Royal, St. James's Palace. The Sun was the first to report the story. She is the first child of HRH Princess Beatrice of York and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.
Sienna was born on September 18, 2021, at the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital.
The ceremony was private and it is unlikely that photographs will be released to the press. It is understood that the guest list included Beatrice's parents, the Duke of York and Sarah, Duchess of York, and Edo's mother, Nicola Williams-Ellis.
The infant's great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II did not attend the baptism as she had several engagements at Windsor Castle. The Queen did not attend the baptisms of two other great-grandchildren, HRH Prince Louis of Cambridge and Archie Mountbatten-Windsor.
It is also expected that Sienna Elizabeth wore the family christening gown.
