Post funeral reception at the Grand Ducal Palace
These photos are from the reception following the funeral of the late Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg.
How peculiar to have a photographer at such an event. I suppose, however, that different Courts have different traditions. I was saddened by Grand Duke Jean's passing. He was a good friend to the United Kingdom and often took part in the Queen's Birthday Parade when I was younger. He was quite a regular attendee at the Remembrance Day service too. Andy, Manchester

That is Marie-Astrid, Grand Duke Jean's eldest child, and her husband, Archduke Carl Christian of Austria
