Adding to my collection

I didn't win all the cards I wanted ... but not a bad haul.

Princess Marie Wilhelmine Luise Ida Friederike Mathilde Hermine of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg (1859-1941) was the fourth child of Duke Friedrich Ferdinand and his wife (whom he married twice), Princess Adelheid of Schaumburg-Lippe.  Marie never married.

  1. Just to say that by Serbian/Yugoslavian law there is no such thing as Princess husbands name, so only Princess Olga of Yugoslavia, not Princess Paul of Yugoslavia can exist.

Not relevant to this batch of images, but have you ever noticed that in group photographs, certain individuals seem to regularly be looking in a different direction the the rest of the group? the ones I've noted doing this most frequently are Victoria, Marchioness of Milford Haven; Prince George William of Hanover; and Princess Margaretha (Axel) of Sweden.
