Meeting the Duchess of Cornwall

I was absolutely thrilled for Patricia Watts, who runs the delightful A Petite Princess website. Patricia, who lives near Louisville, KY, had the opportunity of a lifetime, when she got to meet the Duchess of Cornwall - and had a personal chat.  Patricia was covering the event, when the Duchess, who noticed that Patricia was in a wheelchair, stopped to exchange a few words.
