Lord Porchester, once a "frequent escort of Princess Margaret," is engaged to marry Miss Jean Wallop, daughter of Oliver Wallop of Big Horn, Wyoming," reports the Associated Press.
He is the only son and heir of the Earl of Carnarvon.
