Princess Caroline of Monaco has lost "another stage in her battle with the German press," according to the Press Gazette, a UK based journalism site, The Fifth Section chamber of the European Court of Human Rights "rejected her complaint" about 7 Tage, a German magazine which published a photo of her and her husband, Prince Ernst August of Hanover on vacation.
