Prince Ferdinand of Bulgaria arrived in Paris today, but according to the New York Times, the visit "has no political significance. He is traveling incognito and came from Mentone.
The Prince will be consulting with a doctor during his visit. Earlier today, the Prince and Grand Duke Boris of Russia attended "divine service
at the Russian Church. Today is the annual festival day for the Empress Alexandra.
