The Luxembourg Chamber of Deputies has passed "an exceptional bill" conferring Luxembourgish citizenship to Countess Stéphanie de Lannoy, the fiancee of Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume.
Countess Stéphanie will become a Luxembourg citizen following her civil marriage on October 19.
