By special cable to the New York Times. A correspondent for a Kiev newspaper says "former Grand Duke Dimitri Pavlovich took an active part in the coup d'etat." He also stated that the former Dowager Empress Maria Feodorovna has arrived in Kiev.
It is believed that the former Grand Duke has been active in the Ukrainian separatist movement.
