Princess Miguel de Braganca, the former Anita Stewart, has "just taken a furnished house in Hill Street, near Berkeley Square," reports the Chicago Daily Tribune. She plans to entertain in "a small way for the season." Only a select number of her "intimate friends -- all musical like herself -- who will be treated to really good music."
The princess "plays the piano delightfully," and she has a "sweet voice, too, and sings little Spanish songs with a deal of taste and knowledge."
It has been only four years since she made her debut and married, but she has "got along extraordinarily since then," and is a "great favorite" in society because she is "bright, merry, vivacious and always charming."
